Here are the persons representing the Mittelbau of D-ITET in the department institutions. According to the vmitet statues, these persons are not necessarily members of the vmitet.
The Mittelbau can send nine representatives to the DK who need to be employed on at least a 50% basis. You can contact any DK representative — even if he/she is not a member of your institute — since Mittelbau DK representatives primarily represent the whole Mittelbau, and not just their own institutes. Currently, the following persons represent the Mittelbau at the department conference.
The Mittelbau can claim four seats in the teaching commission (UK). Currently, the following persons represent the Mittelbau at the teaching commission.
The representatives of the academic staff assembly connect the vmitet with the association of scientific staff at ETH (AVETH) and the academic staff assembly (ASA).
The outstanding teaching award committee annually awards PhD students and postdocs who showed exceptional initiative in teaching.
The strategy commission is a body preparing recommendations for the department conference and professors' conference.
